Built By Sound

Dialled In's first foray into extended reality — and one of its most ambitious projects to date. Built by Sound was a pioneering multiplayer mixed reality experience co-produced with No Ghost Studios and Bradford 2025, weaving together community-sourced stories of sound, heritage and cultural memory into a large-scale immersive installation integrating physical sound, lighting and MR technology. A first-of-its-kind format that placed audiences inside the narrative, proving that the stories shaping South Asian communities don't just belong on stages and dancefloors — they can reshape the very spaces around us.
